How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all orders. To request one, visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout, or reply to your Paddle receipt.

How long it takes
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Paddle issues the refund promptly; your bank or card issuer may take a few additional business days to show it.
Guides bought elsewhere
If you bought a guide through Etsy rather than this site, that order is handled under Etsy's purchase protection and the shop's Etsy policies. Message the shop through Etsy and we will take care of it there.
